It’s the blueberry season and if, like me, you are fond of blueberries, this smoothie is for you! it is a full breakfast smoothie, meaning that you won’t be hungry for a good 4 hours after breakfast :). This recipe is super easy!
Breakfast smoothie with blueberries, oats, chia seeds and banana
- 1 cup Non dairy milk (ca. 240ml)
- 60 gr Blueberries
- 1 Banana
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon Oats
- Put everything into the blender
